Credits keep support capacity predictable.
Support credits cover AI-assisted answers, fallback handling, review work, and paid knowledge-intake media extraction such as screenshot OCR or short recording transcription. Public help pages, selected text import, and normal widget loading do not use credits.
Top-ups are for launch spikes, media-heavy intake, or heavy review periods without forcing a plan change.
Extra Answerlattice answer, widget chat, intake media, and review credits. One-time purchase. No expiry.
Public packaging stays monthly and INR-first. Usage limits protect infrastructure, but AnswerLattice is not priced as a punishment for successful support deflection.
