Credits keep support capacity predictable.
Support credits are the monthly allowance Canonica Billing uses for governed answers, chat assistance, and knowledge governance work. Static hosted help pages, public docs/FAQ/changelog browsing, and widget loading do not consume credits.
Top-ups are for launch spikes, large imports, or heavy review periods without forcing a plan change.
Extra Canonica answer, chat, and governance credits. One-time purchase. No expiry.
Public packaging stays monthly and INR-first. Usage limits protect infrastructure, but Canonica is not priced as a punishment for successful support deflection.
